To use Love Out Loud, you will choose a username and password. Keep that information confidential because you are responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. Please tell us immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security.
Note that whenever you voluntarily make your personal information available for viewing by third parties online, such as on blogs, message boards, emails, or in chat areas, the information you share also can be seen, collected and used by third parties, and therefore, we cannot be responsible for any use of the information that you voluntarily share.
Anonymous data collection and use
We may collect “Non-Personal Information” – information that cannot be used to identify you – via Cookies, Web Beacons, and from external sources, even if you have not registered with or provided any Personal Information to Love Out Loud. If you can be identified when this information is combined with other information, or as required by law, we will treat such information as Personal Information.

We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone who we know to be under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, you should not use this website and should not submit any personal information to us. If we discover that a person under the age of 18 has provided us with any personal information, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete such person’s personal information from all Love Out Loud systems and records.
